TOPIC COLLECTIVE FOR SOCIAL QUESTION
By Patrick Cingolani
In the recent context, the influence of a consensual representation of social policy has largely eroded, and, at the very least, annulled the agonistic dimensions, polemic. Parallel to this representation of peaceful community life and to this end the policy of attrition, the issue of violence and evil as experiences through relationships between men did in some subject to almost total liquidation.
By a kind of singular look into the causes of the barbarism in history has sometimes fancied that with "erasure rifts of the revolutionary age, "" the renunciation of violent insurgency perspective, "we would be back in societies drained of their tensions, resolutely delivered to the indifference and disaffection. As if the violence is taking its principle promises revolutionary utopia and eschatology, the end of them we put away seizures and corruption.

REFLECTION ON MOTION
By Gilbert Rodriguez
This article is thinking somehow hot (1) on 3 specific points raised and restricted by the current social movement. In
aware that these points are far from unanimous - but that's probably what constitutes the special interest - because like all great social movements of the different actors, groups, layers engaging in the fight do from their own motivations and determinants and apply disparate frames of reference to events that punctuate it.
That qualification of the movement, its key features, goals are a political issue for now and later.

CPE: THE VACCINE THAT KILLS?
By Olivier Favereau
"Hell is paved with good intentions." As Albert Hirschman has shown, perverse rhetoric is the analytical classical liberal thought to criticize the social reforms. It has not failed to apply the most emblematic institutions of the welfare state: so that employment protection, pushed too far (in the most benevolent formulation) would turn cons employment, discouraging new recruits.

YOUTH, AND THE LIBERAL CRONOS
By Florence Audier, Laurence and Christopher Lizé Ramaux
with the two antiphons CPE resurface. One on youth unemployment, the other on the "war of generations".
Youth unemployment: long spread the idea that "one in four is unemployed in France. In reality, fortunately, only one out of twelve young in this situation. The unemployment rate for 16-24 was 22% in January 2006. But this rate, like all unemployment rate is calculated by dividing the number of unemployed only to assets, or in this case young people who have jobs and those who are unemployed. By construction, it does not take into account all or the overwhelming majority of young people who are in training (two thirds of 16-24 year olds are in this case in France). There is almost a young worker in four unemployed.

CHILDREN WILL ...
By Jean Caplanne
The CPE is a legitimate child of the ultra-liberal globalization zealously applied by our leaders. Indeed, the WTO, IMF and OGCS want to quickly liberalize everything, to better exploit the poor countries and peoples to kneel developed, gradually depriving labor rights, social protection and public services, unsustainable subsistence of the welfare state that hinder financial gain. It can work unless the people of France stands to give the feel of an alternative globalization. Is not its historical role?

TO END THE MEASURES FOR YOUTH EMPLOYMENT AND STROKE WITH YOUNG
By Bernard Friot
The specificity of young people in employment is not "the unemployment "as pretend to discover the government and the UMP, it is the very low wages and excessive instability of jobs that are essentially the result of discriminatory measures" in favor ". Young
not idle more than others: a young active on four or five, depending on the year, is unemployed, and as thirty percent of 18-24 year olds are active, this means that 6-8% of young unemployed: a young 12 to 15 years according to unemployment, it is too of course but it is not more than in other age groups and it is legitimate absolutely no argument false sense that the reformers bombard us from the first Barre Plan "for youth employment in 1977, that would be better for them a little job rather than nothing.

CONTRACT OF SLAVERY
By Jacques Bidet
Since the dawn of modern times, the "servants" have had only one thought in mind: to "change masters". For centuries they have continued to rebel, to use a thousand tricks and turns, not primarily for better wages, nor for the shortening of the workday, but first out the state in which they were required: slavery in the colonies, dependence in Europe.

CONTRACT "NOT AGAIN (MY SON)"
By Stephen Nougues
In his interview with Anne-Marie Métailié, "The" Youth "Is a word," published in 1978 in the book The Young and the first job (strange coincidence), Pierre Bourdieu discusses the concept of youth, his eyes hidden behind the guise of natural evidence (youth, it exists!) a pure social construct (at what age do we stop being young?). "What I remember is simply that youth and old age are not given but are socially constructed, in the struggle between young and old. "

STRIKE TEACH DEMOCRACY
By Fabien Robertson
Struggles current students have a fairly unique fact: the opposition of a large number of students blocking, regardless of their position on the CPE. There's something amazing for someone who has known the student struggles earlier. Not that, in these struggles, everyone is satisfied with the decision of the majority of courses, but the discontent was not expressed with such vehemence. With regard to our present situation, leaving aside the attempted manipulation of from student organizations close to the government, there's bound to something legitimate. At least one concern. Is the strength and the manifestation of that anxiety which are unpublished.

When some people swear by CDI without a second to think what work ... When certain employee-union bureaucracies are looking to buy or political legitimacy by playing the "rebels" and require "a steady job for everyone." We want to laugh or cry.

YOUNG working class and VERY DANGEROUS
By Louis-Marie Barnier
The new government measure aimed at under 26. For them, the test period would extend over two years now, during which dismissal could take place without notice or reason. After the decree of August 2005 (Decree later canceled) on the non-counting of employees below 26 years, coupled with the extension of contracts of apprenticeship and learning in the hundreds of thousands of young people, this new measure participates in an objective: to extend the company's social status in adolescent creating the status of "young person".

CPE DOUBLE LOSS
By Mathieu Grégoire
It was in France used to classify hierarchically contracts. The ISC would be better - by nature - that the CSD. The idea of a single contract, which underlies the CNE / CPE, is sold like a "middle ground" that would fight against the dualism of the labor market: since both combine all the advantages and any other vulnerability, it would suffice to find a middle way to "equalize" the situation.
We want to show here that the CPE, despite references to Nordic models of flexi-security, is a double step back from the CSD and from the Commission for the employee. There is a new weapon to reverse the employer from the Commission and from the CSD.

RIGHT TO WORK ... STARTING AT WORK
By Julien Bordier
As we see it in various discussions that we have around the CPE and as shown in the texts published here, one can not happen in this debate to reflect on the wage.
The design of the wage as we know it can be rebutted. Many are those who have, or their thoughts are the way to the dustbin of history. The purpose of short text is not to make a history of anti-reflection wage, but it will be used here as a bias. This text seeks to demonstrate, through two examples of work, that employee has had to establish itself as the dominant form of human activity. It will also attempt to show - through some references - there is an opposition to the culture of wage labor - historical and current - and can play an important role in the issue of wage labor.

YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT: DIAGNOSIS DISHONEST !
By Mathieu Grégoire
The main reason that the government advance to justify the establishment of the First Employment Contract is unemployment among young people expect an unsustainable level. "One in four is unemployed," "France is Europe's leading youth unemployment" one hears everywhere. Whether to take the full measure of the problem of youth integration into working life must also be wary of a catastrophic discourse on the subject.
Deconstructing unemployment statistics can relativize the diagnosis of youth unemployment (though the government has yet to win on the CPE, we must admit that it has won the battle of the diagnosis is almost never questioned).
Youth unemployment is presented by the supporters of the CPE (and it must be said by many others) as a mass phenomenon and intolerable.
What is it really? Are we really the leading European "youth unemployment"?

THE PBS IN CONTEXT
By Julien Bordier
The salary system and into the 1970s, mixed hiring increasing salary and wage trends over the entire career. That system explodes precisely the time when the "young" political argument is created! (...) (...)
must counter the argument that policy is that "is more than 30 glorious years, we are in crisis, it's crap, we shake the belt requires that everyone is rolling up her sleeves, go go hi ho, at work, and presto! . To say this is to reduce the space of possibilities is that there is no choice: there is no democracy.
The "fight against" the government's unemployment
can specify this idea by asking questions about how the government pursues its "war" against unemployment and wondering whether this policy would not rather a company to reduce the space of possibilities: a policy of how to work whatsoever. Several laws, draft laws, decrees and orders in this direction. You could call it a "put to work forced.
The Villepin government boasts of reducing unemployment and the media present as fact the decline in the number of unemployed. Must still remember that represent the delisting of unemployment and pressure on the unemployed.

Words Of Condolence For A Los
a current trend (DENY THE RIGHT TO PAY FOR THE YOUNG LONGER AVAILABLE) AND ITS CRITICS
By Nicolas Castel
After measuring all the inconsistency of the "youth unemployment" (see paper 1) and although a sociological point of view or any anthropological division between ages is ultimately arbitrary and symbolic, let's look at what the right snacks work and wages that affects young and old (it is also foolish to talk of "war of generations", since today the pensioner, as the young or under less dynamic due to stress all take their grade).
Let a study by sociologists Christian Baudelot and Roger Establet developed in the book Having 30 years in 1968 and 1998 . By comparing the youth of 1968 and 1998, they seek to understand why the younger generations of today, the relations between the world of business with young people differ radically relations "harmonious" they usually know within their family. This divergence is contemporary, "it has not always been so." Simply put, until around 1975, most young people could feel so well recognized in the business in the family.
