The new government measure aimed at under 26. For them, the test period would extend over two years now, during which dismissal could take place without notice or reason. After the decree of August 2005 (Decree later canceled) on the non-counting of employees below 26 years, coupled with the extension of contracts of apprenticeship and learning in the hundreds of thousands of young people, this new measure participates in an objective: to extend the company's social status in adolescent creating the status of "young person".
